    If the Client(s) wishes to cancel the photoshoot because the weather is not exactly what the Client(s) is looking for (e.g. full sun, partial shade, cloudy sky, fog...) while the weather conditions allow the photographic session to be carried out without any risk of damaging the photographic equipment, it will be considered as a cancellation by the Client(s) and the Client(s) will be held responsible for 100% of the fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Photographer as a result of the cancellation.   • What is a force majeure event?
