I offer a free consultation call to discuss your photography needs and answer any questions. As a professional , I want to ensure that we have a good understanding of your goals and expectations, in order to provide you a personalized service. To schedule a call, simply use my online booking service to choose a date and time that works best for you. You'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder by email and/or SMS to ensure you don't miss our call.
Cancellation Policy
Phone Call Consultation Policy: Duration: The phone call consultation is a complimentary 15-minute session to discuss your project with the photographer and explore collaboration possibilities. Scheduling: Clients can schedule a phone call consultation up to 2 weeks before the desired date, with a minimum booking notice of 24 hours. Communication Platform: The phone call will be conducted via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have the app installed on your device. Confirmation: The photographer will confirm the scheduled phone call consultation, providing details and ensuring a smooth connection. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Clients can reschedule or cancel the consultation at any time. However, we appreciate timely notice if adjustments are needed. In case of unforeseen circumstances, or technical issues, the photographer will promptly propose an alternative date for rescheduling. Pricing Information : Clients are encouraged to review the pricing guide available on our website for a comprehensive overview of our service rates. The photographer will offer guidance on the pricing structure and packages during the consultation. Pricing details will not be provided during the phone call consultation; clients can refer to the pricing guide or request a personalized quote sent via email. Non-spam : Any attempt at spamming or promoting commercial products/services will result in the immediate termination of the call, and spam will be reported. Professional Interaction: We encourage a professional and respectful conversation focused on the project at hand. Any abusive behavior will result in the termination of the call, future consultations will be declined, and such incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
