Photography service provided by Joana Santos, commercial photographer, at her private studio in Algarve, Portugal. Clients are responsible for shipping the product(s) to the studio before the scheduled shoot. The package is limited to one product, and pricing is applicable on business days from 8 AM to 6 PM (Lisbon UTC), excluding VAT. The package covers photoshoot only; licensing, models, creative staff, and staff organization not included. Additional services require a separate quote.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your product photography session. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the session. Payment : The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the scheduled product photography session.All payments made for our services and digital products are non-refundable. We offer no refunds, and all sales are final. Additionally, all digital files cannot be returned to the Photographer. Editing Timeframe: The edited product photographs will be delivered within 4 weeks after the session. Image Selection: A online photo gallery access will be provided for clients to select their preferred images. Additional images beyond the package may be purchased at an additional cost. Shipping of Products: Clients are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their products to the studio for the scheduled photography session. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending and returning their products. Products must be delivered to my studio before the scheduled session to ensure adequate preparation time. Commercial Photo License: This service does not include a commercial photo license. Clients can acquire the commercial photo license through my shop on my website. The license purchase is a separate transaction and is not included in the product photography package. Authorization for Promotional Use : Unless otherwise specified by the client, by default, Joana Santos is granted authorization to use the photographs taken during the product photography session for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing the images on Joana Santos' website, social media, and marketing materials. Exclusive License Option: If the client prefers to restrict the use of the photographs for promotional purposes and desires exclusive control over the images, they have the option to purchase an exclusive license. The exclusive license purchase is a separate transaction and is not included in the standard product photography package.
