License Scope: Licensee is granted a 5-years, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the images for commercial purposes on web and social media platforms owned or managed by the Licensee.

Credit Requirement: Licensee must provide appropriate credit to the Photographer when using the images. This includes mentioning the photographer's name or using the copyright notice specified in this agreement.

Restrictions on Use: Licensee may not sublicense, sell, or use the images in a manner contrary to the terms outlined. Further restrictions are detailed in the agreement.

Releases: Model or property releases for identifiable individuals or properties can be provided upon request.

Termination and Cancellation: The agreement may be terminated under certain circumstances, and details regarding cancellations and refunds are provided.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: Both parties' responsibilities and limitations of liability are outlined to ensure a fair and responsible usage of the images.

Files Conservation and Backup: Licensee is advised to create backups of the images upon delivery.

No Exclusivity: This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between the parties.

Miscellaneous: The agreement covers various legal and procedural aspects, including jurisdiction, waiver, and notice protocols.
